Lawyers license

In order to practice law in the United States or other jurisdiction, you must have a license, or a "claims bar" (as it also called), because the rules established by the supreme court. Depending on your country or jurisdiction you wish to practice law, to bar the entry requirements may vary. All States require that you pass the written bar exam, and nearly all states require that you pass a separate written ethics exam. It is essential that a licensed attorney candidates choose their country wants to practice law in tact. In most cases, if you want to practice law in another country, you must take the state bar exam. Rarely can the experience and good moral character just to get you admitted to a new American bar. 


In order to qualify for the bar examination, America's most require applicants to obtain a bachelor's degree and graduated from ABA-accredited law school. Being accredited to ensure the school has met certain standards in the library and faculty. At present, there is an online law school accredited by the ABA. California is the only state that allows graduates of schools not approved by the ABA to the practice of law, all other requirements are met.
